The roots of the Catholic Women’s League lie in being of service to all, especially women. The League strives to: promote the teachings of the Catholic Church, exemplify Christian ideals, protect the sanctity of human life and enhance the role of women in church and society. Lead all women to find a place in the Catholic Women’s League where women work together to recognize the human dignity of all people everywhere. Lord, help us to welcome every new member as if we were welcoming you, delighting in their presence and ready to learn from their service and talent. Holy Spirit, our hearts are restless until they rest in you. Help us grow in numbers with renewed faith, inspire us with boundless hope and lead us in love. Guide us to the paths that will help all people For God and Canada.
