Our Lady of Good Council Parish 70th Anniversary

To honor this 70 year journey of Our Lady of Good Council Parish Council, members gathered on November 2nd and 3rd for 2 days of celebration. The festivities began with a banquet on November 2nd, attended by past and present diocesan presidents, spiritual directors and parish clergy. Attendees shared stories and looked through cherished photographs, reflecting on decades of friendship, support, and service. The celebrations continued on November 3rd with a special mass, where members adorned in signature blue scarves served in every lay role, from reading scripture to presenting the offertory gifts and administering the Eucharist. For the women of Our Lady of Good Counsel, this 70th anniversary is not an endpoint. It is the beginning of an era of renewed dedication, as they continue to be an essential part of parish life.
